Property Accountant

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a one-year contract Property Accountant to cover a Maternity Leave on their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Property Management and accounting, with proficiency in Excel and Yardi Voyageur systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with experience in Property Management preferred
• CPA designation, equivalent or working towards it
• Proficient Excel skills; Yardi Voyageur systems an asset
• Self-directed and takes initiative
• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Punctual, strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Detail oriented
