Job Description
Team Lead, Settlements job at Metergy Solutions Inc. is a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of the Settlements team, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Two (2) ā Five (5) years' experience in settlements or financial operations, ideally with exposure to utilities, energy markets, or other regulated industries.
- Prior leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of settlement workflows and controls.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with data analytics/visualization (e.g., VBA, Power BI, Power Query); comfort working with large datasets and improving data quality.
