Content Designer

Methods Ltd is looking for a Content Designer to join their team. The role involves creating clear and helpful content, working closely with user researchers, interaction designers, and other team members to understand user needs. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Agile practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of GDS guidelines and service standards.

Requirements

• Create usable and accessible content
• Solve problems in multi-disciplinary teams using Agile methodologies
• Design products, services, and websites that meet identified user needs
• Follow user-centred design practices for public facing and internal services and applications
