They are recruiting for a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis, requiring an outcome-focused individual with experience in leading agile teams and driving positive change in the public sector environment.

- Leading agile teams and driving positive change in the public sector environment
- Supporting other Delivery Managers in their career progression
- Sharing feedback and having a desire to learn and improve as part of development
- Leading on the delivery of digital products and services from Discovery through to Live
- Acting as a servant-leader for multidisciplinary agile teams
- Coaching and supporting teams to work and collaborate effectively
- Ensuring projects meet quality and impact expectations
- Managing and communicating project risks, issues and dependencies
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous learning and improvement
