They are recruiting for a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis, requiring an outcome-focused individual with experience in leading agile teams and driving positive change in the public sector environment.

Requirements

• Leading agile teams and driving positive change in the public sector environment
• Supporting other Delivery Managers in their career progression
• Sharing feedback and having a desire to learn and improve as part of development
• Leading on the delivery of digital products and services from Discovery through to Live
• Acting as a servant-leader for multidisciplinary agile teams
• Coaching and supporting teams to work and collaborate effectively
• Ensuring projects meet quality and impact expectations
• Managing and communicating project risks, issues and dependencies
• Encouraging and facilitating continuous learning and improvement
