Job Description
Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited is recruiting a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading agile teams and driving positive change in the public sector environment. They will also be part of our Delivery Manager Community of Practice and support the recruitment of new Delivery Managers.
Requirements
- Leading on the delivery of digital products and services from Discovery through to Live
- Acting as a servant-leader for multidisciplinary agile teams
- Coaching and supporting teams to work and collaborate effectively
- Ensuring projects meet high expectations in terms of quality and impact
- Managing and communicating project risks, issues and dependencies
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous learning and improvement of projects
