User Researcher

Methods is a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy that partners with central government departments and agencies to transform the way the public sector operates in the UK. We're recruiting a User Researcher on a permanent basis to champion the user and promote user-centered design principles within government.

Requirements

• Championing the user
• Planning and conducting user research
• Collaborating with the product team to turn research findings into prototypes and features
• Presenting research findings to the product team
• Promoting user centered design principles and best practice within government
• Designing, scripting and analysing quantitative surveys
• Undertaking qualitative/quantitative research projects such as proposition development, visual identity and customer experience mapping
