Job Description
The Delivery Manager is responsible for technical delivery and dependency management through close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional units. They perform SCRUM Master duties, develop project plans, and manage technical projects using project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communications skills (Oral/Written)
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-time project manager in a financial services, banking or insurance industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large scale or complex IT projects
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams
- Strong understanding of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies relevant to banking and financial services
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools
- Certification in project management frameworks (e.g. PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency in change management processes
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks related to security, compliance, and data privacy
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
