As an E-Banking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing reconciliation, investigation, and resolution of complaints related to ATM/CAM/CRM transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and investigating various chargebacks and complaints, preparing daily and weekly reports, and performing other functions as assigned.
