Job Description
The Product Owner is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing digital products of the bank, leading product discovery, and ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or management or digital product development
- Familiarity with Agile practices and working in hybrid delivery environments (agile/waterfall)
- Strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with high accountability and attention to detail
- Effective collaborator with the ability to work across functions and delivery models
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement
