PRODUCT OWNER

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing digital products of the bank. They lead product discovery, define requirements, and ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or management or digital product development
• Familiarity with Agile practices and working in hybrid delivery environments (agile/waterfall)
• Strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with high accountability and attention to detail
