Project Manager, MEP

The Project Manager, MEP will manage the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical packages across several stations, including HVAC, Plumbing, and low voltage distribution. The role will involve leading and managing MEP works, planning and scheduling, resource management, quality assurance, cost control, risk management, client communication, safety compliance, reporting, and procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects, and preferably within Ontario
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or relevant certifications
• Experience in TVS and/or FPS
• Proven track record of managing MEP works greater than $50m CAD in value
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry best practices within the Greater Toronto Area
• Proficient technical understanding of the codes and standards which govern MEP systems
• Ability to understand and effectively execute the responsibilities of applicable Contracts
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
