Job Description
The client is currently working on the tunnel rehabilitation project and is seeking an MEP Project Manager for a package involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of 37 exhaust fans.
Requirements
- Manage projects to meet planned schedules, budget, and client expectations
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Manage subcontractor activities and coordinate work
- Review and approve invoices and timesheets
- Provide guidance on construction methodologies and technical specifications
- Prepare and direct the execution of the project's environmental management plan
