Metropolis is seeking a Director, Business Development to join their fast-growing team and drive net-new business and negotiate deals in the San Diego region. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of B2B business development experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in net-new, greenfield territories.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B business development, sales, or related roles
- Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners
- Strong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuring
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in net-new, greenfield territories
