Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a Director of Workplace Experience to oversee its corporate real estate portfolio, facilities, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or a related field, with experience working for a high-growth technology company with a distributed workforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or a related field
- Experience working for a high-growth technology company with a distributed workforce, including hourly field workers
- Project management acumen, specifically in office construction
- Strong attention to detail in approach to contract management and negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel fluency a must
- Experience utilizing project management tools such as Asana, ProCore, and Smartsheets
- A proven track record in project delivery (on time/on budget) and workplace experience strategy
- Strong budget management skills
