We are seeking a Director of Workplace Experience to oversee our corporate real estate portfolio, facilities, and related employee experience. The role involves managing facilities services, office expansion efforts, and driving operational excellence with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or a related field
- Experience working for a high-growth technology company with a distributed workforce
- Project management acumen, specifically in office construction
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience utilizing project management tools such as Asana, ProCore, and Smartsheets
- A proven track record in project delivery (on time/on budget) and workplace experience strategy
- Strong budget management skills
