We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee the financial health and operational success of our locations within an assigned region. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring our locations are profitable, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
- Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to manage budgets and understand key performance indicators, along with a strong familiarity with contract structures and terms
- Experience in negotiating effectively to secure new contracts, retain existing business, and resolve potential disputes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
