Metropolis is seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to oversee the financial health and operational success of locations within an assigned region. The role involves developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores, and properties
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
• Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
