Job Description

They are seeking an Assistant Controller to execute corporate accounting operations, focusing on process build, systems implementation, and talent development. The role is about turning strategy into scalable processes and building a scalable accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS) and consolidation experience.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and leveraging technology/automation.
