VP, Logistics

As the VP, Logistics, you will be the strategic architect responsible for operational oversight, managing and strengthening key client relationships, and driving long-term retention. You will oversee both HSD and MLL business, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is optimized and that every client expectation is met.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Logistics Operations
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and a deep understanding of P&L dynamics
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategic insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with abilities to present to high-level audiences
