VP, Logistics

Metropolis is an AI company using computer vision to enable frictionless checkout-free experiences. We are seeking a VP, Logistics to oversee national strategy for baggage repatriation, lead the Annual Operating Plan, and establish a culture of data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Logistics Operations
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and a deep understanding of P&L dynamics
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategic insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with small businesses, supervising third-party partners and service providers
