Job Description
Metrobank is seeking a Card Sales Team Lead to lead a team of Card Sales Officers. The role focuses on leading a team to consistently achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities, and improving processes. It involves translating strategy, communication, and performance management of the team.
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
- At least 3 years of Sales or Marketing-related experience
- Hands-on involvement in People Management
- Current team lead or managerial role
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage direct reports from Staff to Officer
- Advanced critical thinking
- Presentation skills
- Strong People Management capabilities
- Confidence in engaging middle and higher management of companies
