Housing Monitor

The Housing Monitor will ensure all residents comply with house rules and policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment. The incumbent will live on site and be skilled in crisis situations, de-escalation, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Pierce County public mental health system and community
• Experience working with chronic street population or currently enrolled in human or social services program
• First Aid, CPR, and Food handler certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Working knowledge of computers and computer data entry
