Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Mental Health Practitioner to join their team at their DuPage center. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or counseling and will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, case management, counseling, and advocacy services to clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited college or university
- Applied to take LSW or LPC examination
- Ability to maintain assigned community and home-based services
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
