Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) is hiring a full-time Care Coordinator at their Merrionette Park location. The successful candidate will provide community care coordination, facilitate child and family team meetings, and conduct assessments and develop service plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or 2+ years' supervised experience in the mental health field
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience working with diverse child and family populations with significant behavioral needs or social service needs, preferred
