Job Description
A Child/Family Case Manager coordinates therapeutic, educational, and support services for psychiatrically disabled children to ensure successful placement in the least restrictive environment and continuity of care. This role involves community intervention and direct support for goal attainment.
Requirements
- BA in a human service field
- One year of experience working with SED children and their families
- Skills in advocacy, outreach, assessment, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling
- Strong communication skills
- Good driving record
