Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services is hiring a Case Manager to join their Calumet Parent Plus Team. The Case Manager will conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop service plans, and provide advocacy and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field and one year of case management experience in a social service or healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university
- One year of case management experience in a social service or healthcare setting
- Experience with pregnant and parenting youth and young adults preferred
- System knowledge related to child welfare system preferred
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
