Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services is hiring a full-time Paralegal to join its Individual Rights & Social Justice Practice Group. The Paralegal will assist attorneys in providing legal services in immigration cases, with a focus on humanitarian relief for victims of crime, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
Requirements
- Support attorneys in providing legal representation in immigration cases
- Interview prospective clients to gather information needed to determine eligibility and commence legal work
- Assist attorneys in client representation, litigation, and maintaining high volume caseload
