Machine Operator

Role Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production machinery to manufacture quality products in accordance with company standards, production schedules, and safety requirements.

What You Will Do

Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machinery, load raw materials, unload finished products, inspect products, perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, reliable attendance and punctuality, and technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machine operation are also required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Two years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machine operation
• Experience with industrial equipment
