Machine Operator

Role Overview

Responsible for safely operating production machines, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. Work in a team environment to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

What You Will Do

Operate production machines, follow GMPs, and maintain quality procedures. Maximize equipment utilization, improve set up times, and identify mechanical concerns. Train and assist co-workers, complete reports, and maintain good housekeeping.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior work experience in the packaging industry, and 6 months' experience in manufacturing. Must be able to work safely, follow instructions, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
