Machine Operator

Role Overview

Responsible for safely operating production machines, including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. Works in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Operate production machines, follow GMPs, learn and comply with quality procedures, maximize equipment utilization, and perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks. Train and assist other employees, complete reports, and turn in maintenance work orders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior work experience in the packaging industry, and 6 months' experience in manufacturing. Must be able to work safely, follow instructions, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
