Data Governance Lead

At Adaptfy, we are looking for a Data Governance Lead with 5-8 years of experience, to join our Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam. Adaptfy is a turnkey data & analytics solution for the SHV family of companies.

Requirements

• Develop and embed best-in-class data governance processes, frameworks, and expertise within Adaptfy
• Consult and collaborate with SHV Holdings’ subsidiaries to help them establish, mature, and align their governance initiatives with Adaptfy’s methodologies
• Interpret and operationalize data privacy and protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Conduct governance maturity assessments and gap analyses, creating tailored roadmaps for SHV businesses
• Develop, update, and promote group-wide policies and standards
• Facilitate Data Governance Councils and collaborative working groups
• Oversee data quality audits and provide remediation recommendations
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement programs
