Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar position
- Experience in plastic molding and automatic assembly areas
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and automotive
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented, structured, and goal-driven approach
- Solid understanding of key performance indicators and financial KPIs, P&L
