WC-Bartender

Whiskey Cake is seeking a gregarious and extraverted bartender with 2 years of upscale service experience and craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Requirements

• 2 years of upscale service experience
• Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
• Proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
