Safety and Training Specialist

The Safety & Training Specialist is responsible for training new and existing warehouse employees on job duties, safety procedures, and essential skills, while maintaining OSHA compliance and supporting health, safety, and environmental programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety or related field
• Active First Aid certification and OSHA 30-hour course completion preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish fluency required)
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations
• Proficient with office equipment and computers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
