Sales Account Manager - Entry Level

Meyer Distributing is looking for an Entry Level Sales Account Manager to join our Jasper team. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for all inside sales functions including but not limited to inbound/outbound telephone calls and the processing of sales documents and represents Meyer and its interests with the highest regard to customer satisfaction in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills.
• Prior automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate on the phone 90 percent or more of shift.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to give special attention to detail required.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Planning/organizing and follow up skills —the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans and follows up to ensure compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows preferred.
• Excellent negotiating abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
