Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will lead the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning for two boutique hotels in Baltimore's historic waterfront district. The role will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive topline revenue and lead a small, high-impact sales team.

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive topline revenue
• Lead, coach, and manage performance for the sales team
• Establish clear goals, priorities, and accountability metrics for the sales team
• Manage group, catering, and corporate sales segments
• Participate in proactive sales calls, outside appointments, and hotel site tours
• Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competitive landscape, and demand patterns
• Build productive relationships with Hilton and Choice GSO partners
• Provide strategic oversight of group and catering sales processes
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, ownership objectives, and company policies
