Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee shift operations of the Front Desk and PBX, train and supervise associates, and deliver outstanding guest service.

• Departmental SOPs, hotel LSOPs, and company SOPs knowledge
• Effective communication and people/supervisory skills
• Financial responsibility and control of departmental expenses
• Human Resources knowledge and employee relations qualities
• Safety and security knowledge and implementation
• Technical knowledge of hotel PMS system and MARSHA reservations system
• Problem resolution and empowerment procedures
