Ability to clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public space in the hotel, following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Attends all training, including safety training and standard operation procedures
- Arrives at work in a timely fashion
- Abides by established uniform guidelines
- Maintains a 'can do' and 'guest first' attitude
- Reports any maintenance repairs
- Picks up assignment and room keys daily
- Cleans rooms one at a time
- Properly stocks housekeeping cart and closets
- Reports lost and found items
- Is mindful to not make excessive noise in the guest room space
- Assists in cleaning public areas of the hotel
- Deposits trash as necessary or at the end of shift
- Monitors activity in guest hallways for suspicious or inappropriate behavior
