Job Description
MFS is seeking a Manager of Identity Security to lead the reliable operation, robust administration, and continual advancement of the organization’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Platform. The successful candidate will champion platform adoption, foster product innovation, and actively support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in an IAM/IGA technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Expert knowledge of Platform operations and integration (e.g., application servers, integration tools) and Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, SailPoint)
- Strong understanding of IT service management (incident, change, problem)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff, manage performance, and allocate resources effectively
