MFS seeks a Senior HR Technology Consultant to lead the optimization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, with primary responsibility for Workday. The role requires strong knowledge of Workday functional areas, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- Workday training and/or certifications strongly preferred
- Strong skills with reporting and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical and functional concepts into clear guidance
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
