Job Description
We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sierra Sage Apartments in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
