Job Description
At MGIC, we're seeking a Lead Corporate Counsel to provide corporate legal counsel to our high-performing in-house corporate team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and overseeing corporate sustainability reporting.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in Wisconsin
- 3-7 years of corporate legal experience
- Willingness to undertake a wide variety of corporate legal issues
