The Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics Manager will lead data storytelling across digital marketing platforms and drive growth across MGM Resorts International's portfolio of iconic brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of prior relevant professional experience required
- Experience writing and executing code (e.g., SQL, Python, Azure Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess financial and business impact
- Proven ability to identify problems quickly and deliver data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of digital traffic drivers, data visualization, and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality
