Job Description
The Pastry Cook at The Cosmopolitan will prepare and serve desserts, setting the stage for guest experience with a welcoming smile and service. Must follow food preparation methods, ensure food storage and cleanliness, and communicate problems to the Sous Chef. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of pastry experience and can work varied shifts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior relevant Pastry experience in a pastry department
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
