Job Description
As a Security Officer at MGM Resorts International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. You will patrol the property, respond to emergency situations, and deliver WOW experiences to guests. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and is 21+ years old.
Requirements
- Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
- Act as a first responder in emergency situations
- Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues
