The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics is responsible for shaping how MGM Resorts International measures, understands, and optimizes the performance of its digital marketing ecosystem. This role leads complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives across all digital channels, with accountability for defining measurement strategies, interpreting customer data, and delivering insights that directly influence enterprise marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Define and evolve advanced measurement strategies across the full digital marketing ecosystem
- Serve as a senior analytics partner to Media, Marketing, Digital Product, and Executive stakeholders
- Lead advanced test-and-learn and causal measurement approaches
- Provide analytical leadership and partnership on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Guide attribution and performance measurement frameworks across channels
- Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights by synthesizing data across channels, experiments, and time horizons
- Provide senior-level oversight and influence on digital analytics data quality, governance, tagging, and reporting solutions
