Job Description
Michael Baker International is seeking an Architecture Principal to provide strategic leadership for its Architecture team in the Northeast Region. The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect with proven experience in delivering architectural and engineering programs and projects.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and deep expertise in architecture
- 20+ years of experience in design, documentation, and management of multi-disciplinary architecture/building engineering projects
- Strong business leadership and financial acumen
- Experience with Design/Build and other alternate project delivery methods
- Comprehensive understanding of the collaborative inter-relationships between Architecture and engineering disciplines
- Experience with digital delivery, including BIM, and AI-driven tools
