Job Description
Michael Baker International is seeking a Salesforce CRM System Analyst to support the design, configuration, and delivery of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. The ideal candidate combines functional knowledge of Sales Cloud with technical skills in configuration, data management, reporting, analytics, automation, integrations, and system maintenance & support.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a techno-functional role
- Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce functionality, objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports
- Good understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) and data management/migration activities/tools
- Good knowledge of core CRM processes: accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and forecasting
