As a Salesforce CRM Analyst at Watts, you will support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce CRM capabilities. This role requires experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other CRM environments, as well as strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, discounting, and quoting mechanics.
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance and operational visibility.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
