The B2B Enterprise Account Manager is dedicated to the development and management of accounts within the Artistree B2B Sales Division. This position will manage the day-to-day activities of current Enterprise Accounts, in addition to channel expansion, to enable profitable growth, on-time production, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage the Enterprise B2B sales channel inclusive of systems, tools, reporting, processes, and partnership within the organization
- Develop the sales pipeline and grow the business by utilizing networking, cold calls, internet scraping, trade shows, and the store infrastructure for assigned account portfolio
- Develop a close working relationship with assigned and new sales accounts to achieve established forecasts and plans
- Prioritize order needs to ensure on-time deliveries and exceed account expectations
- Develop and present strategies and proposals to clients in order to grow the business
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new client accounts are set up and documented accurately
- Support Trade Shows, including material and client selection, presentations, and follow-up
- Ensure quotes are in line with profit targets by channel, accurately documented and tracked for on-time delivery with minimal rework/delays
- Own the relationship with customers and with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze and report on channel and client performance in terms of sales, profit, and balance to go tracking
- Other duties as assigned
